JFALC was founded in July 1996 and consists of Guangzhou Tengyin Warehouse & Logistics Co. Ltd., Guangzhou DH Logistics Co. Ltd., Guangzhou JFA Logistics Co. Ltd., and Guangdong Century JFA Logistics Co. Ltd. Led by Chairman Mr. Wang Dehui, the staffs in JFA are working hard and has been developing into a highly recognizable private logistic corporation that has an annual revenue of nearly RMB 200 million and the total assets of RMB 150 million.
　
　 The companies made up for JFA Group are situated in Maogang Industrial Area of Guangzhou Huangpu District, Fengle NothRoad jitang Industrial Area, Western Part of Developing Area and own the modern warehouses of 90,000m2 and a comprehensive building of 3,000 m2. Now we has 150 transportation trucks, 25 platforms, 60 forklifts as well as comprehensive logistics information management system, bar code technology, digital label, digital map, GPS, automatic alarm system, Close-circuit TV monitoring system, spring hydrant system and modern communication system. Through of its network that covers the capital and major cities in China and the advanced information technology and hardware, JFA can offer the highly effective tailor-made integrated logistic service to customers.

　 The business of JAF has extended to the fields including ocean, road, and rail transportation, international combined transportation, container and tank transportation, warehousing, bonded logistics service, regional container transportation, international commercial service, tariff and customs. In addition, the value added service like goods hypothecation, logistics consultation, integrated scheme design and supply chain design are also offered.

　 JFA believes that the science & technology are prime power of production and people are the foundation of the corporation. Hence special emphasis has been put on corporation cultural construction and human resource management. Among the current 400 and more employees, those with the college or university degrees account for more than 70%. And among the managers and above personnel, those with university degree account for more than 80% and more than 10 people have master’s degree.

　 Presently, we are cooperating with domestic and international 4PL companies to integrate the traditional logistic businesses, such as tobacco and paper products logistics, bonded logistics and goods hypothecation.
